Hard Puzzle??
I wonder if anyone can solve this oO
This is one of the puzzles to solve on Silent Hill 3 on Hard Puzzle difficulty. You have a locked door with a keypad, you need to press 4 keys. The
key pad looks like this
1 2 3
4 5 6
7 8 9
This is the clue on the wall
"Pure eyes, blue like a glassy bead---You are always looking at
me and I am always looking at you.
Ah, you're too meek---beautiful, unspoiled: thus I'm so sad, I
suffer---and so happy, it hurts.
I want to hurt you and destroy myself What you would think if
you knew how I felt.
Would you simply smile, not saying a word? Even curses from your
mouth would be as beautiful as pearls.
I place my left hand on your face as though we were to kiss.
Then I suddenly shove my thumb deep into your eyesocket. Abruptly,
decisively, like drilling a hole.
And what would it feel like? Like jelly? Trembling with ecstasy,
I obscenely mix it around and around: I must taste the warmth of
your blood.
How would you scream? Would you shriek 'It hurts! It hurts!' as
cinnabar-red tears stream from your crushed eye?
You can't know the maddening hunger I've felt in the midst of
our kisses, so many of them I've lost count.
As though drinking in your cries, I bring my hopes to fruition:
biting your tongue, shredding it, biting at your lips as if tasting
your lipstick.
Oh, what euphoric heights I would reach, having my desires
fulfilled like a greedy, gluttonous cur.
I longed, too, for your cherry-tinted cheeks, tasty enough to
bewitch my tongue. I would surely be healed, and would cry like a
child.
And how is your tender ear? It brushes against my cheek; I want
it to creep up to my lips so I can sink my teeth into its flesh.
Your left ear, always hearing words whispered sweet as pie---I
want it to hear my true feelings. I never lied, no... but I did
have my secrets.
Ah, but what must you think of me? Do you hate me? Are you
afraid? As though inviting you to the agony at the play's end, if
you wish, you could destroy me---I wouldn't care.
As you wish, you may destroy me---I wouldn't care."
My reaction after reading this is oO
Okay, that is all you get to solve this puzzle (i will post a hint in a week if no one gets it xD)
Or maybe this topic will be ignored...

Seriously this is sick. I tried solving it for about 10 minutes (reading the verses took me 5 lol)
after that I became so curious so I looked it up... Damn how could anyone find that out? It still confuses me alot

though i knew the solution had something to do with the thing it has to do in the poem (don't wanna spoil anything ^^)

Well, since i wont be home until monday, i want to give the hint now^^
The buttons are to be seen as a face (if you were that face, the left=right and right=left) so when looking at the pad, left is left, right is right^^
now on to the clue...
_ 1 _____ 2 _______ 3
(eye) (forehead) (eye)
__4 _____5 ___ 6
(ear) (nose) (ear)
___7______ 8_______ 9
(cheek) (mouth) (cheek)
(spacing sucks when posting -.-)
Anyways, 1 and 3 are the eyes, 4 and 6 are ears, so on and so forth, that is a really big clue
Edit: mb post some answers? mb someone can get it right^^

idk, should i give out the answer now? and should i give an explanation too? 
Also, link below to gameplay of this area. At about 4:05 is where the locked door is, and you can see the message on the all with the clue. and that
is the locked door. (but this is done on normal difficulty, not hard^^)

Ok, i guess this is something people just forgot about xD
The answer was 4 - 8 - 9 - 6
Solution to this Super-puzzle
4 --> "I place my left hand on your face...

That would give you the number 1, but they didnt want to make this easy... That just gives us a starting place for our next clue. "...as cinnabar-red
tears stream from your crushed eye?" Where it runs down, hence one number down, is our first number :: 4
8 --> This number is practically given to us if you knew the numberpad represented a face. "biting your tongue, shredding it, biting at your lips
as if tasting your lipstick." so that gives us our second number :: 8
9 --> The next clue mentions the word "cheeks" but it does not specify which one he is talking about, so either 7 or 9, so lets come back to this
one...
6 --> (this one does not follow my clue given earlier) This number is practically given to us like 8 was, "so I can sink my teeth into its flesh.
Your left ear..." so that gives us the number :: 6
And back to the 7 or 9. --> since the third and fourth number clues are combined into one, we can assume that it is one fluid movement from the
cheek to the ear, "I longed, too, for your cherry-tinted cheeks..." and "I want
it to creep up to my lips so I can sink my teeth into its flesh. Your left ear" so its the left cheek, hence our third number :: 9
So that's the answer to this riddle , btw the only person to give me an
answer was Dreamy, and he had 2 of the numbers correct, so a gj to him^^ (his answer was 1 - 8 - 9 - 4), sry about the failure hint i gave
